Over 38% sales income and 30% new product ratio among export products have attributed to technical innovation.

    Hereunder are main achievements.

    Independently developed Chitosan fiber and relevant knitted wear has got invention patent and there are only two such patents in China textile fiber field since 2000. Moreover, this project has got China Patent Excellence Award, Second Award of National Technological Progress and was listed as a major national new product and Qingdao major technical project.

    It is the first one to introduce and develop EPTFE membrane and windproof and breathable fabric in 2003, which has reached international advanced level. It is widely applied in such fields as high-class apparel and outdoor sport facility (such as skiing, climbing, gloves, shoes, camp sleeping bags, tents and so on), special garments ( such as military field uniforms and outdoor utility, medical, chemical, fire, petroleum and shipping outdoor work wear) and industry textile (such as purifying, smoke and dust treatment, new type of batteries and so on). Because this project plays a major role to adjust industry framework, National Development and Reform Commission listed it as the nation-level enterprise technological center innovation project in 2005.

    It has consecutively developed such functional textile fabric and processing technology as quick sweat absorption and dry, heating and moisture absorption, anti-bacteria and deodorant and infrared performance, bio-enzyme finish, hypersensitivity farina, anion, ultraviolet resistance, anti-bacteria and aloe chitosan with moisture maintenance, heating and luster maintenance.
