Jifa Technological Center, as the core institution of innovation system, was founded in 1996 and evaluated as national one in March 2004. It has established a good cooperation relationship with many universities and R&D institutes at home and abroad as a professional R&D technical organization.

     It is mainly spreading independent R&D and innovation in such fields as textile new fiber, new technology and processing, fine chemical R&D, printing and dyeing, new material and technology of hair products.

     It has international advanced technology and lab testing facility and 221 R&D personnel, 22 of who are oversea experts to stay in Jifa. It not only has set an international level textile material testing lab (hereunder is called Lab) and there are branches in each business division. Moreover, Lab is applying for CNAL and CMA evaluation of national labs and it will provide advanced testing methods and platform for new product R&D in the whole group. And it will open to public testing service.
